What We Don't Do

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We use basic analytics to understand how people use SpeakNotes (like which features are popular), but this data is anonymized.

Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete files, they're removed from our systems within 30 days. When you close your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 90 days, except where we're legally required to retain it (like payment records for tax purposes).

Children's Privacy

SpeakNotes is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

International Users

SpeakNotes is accessible globally. Your data is stored and processed using secure cloud infrastructure with data centers distributed across multiple regions. We ensure appropriate safeguards and encryption are in place for all international data transfers, regardless of where you're accessing SpeakNotes from.
